Our Story
The games presented by Duwaween have been in our Arabic culture for decades, from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE to all multimedia platforms ensuring that we keep this heritage over the Middle East - we are instilling these traditions on alive. Bringing together loved ones near and far to play these games of our ancestors, teaching the new generations & introducing new players to this community.
Department as “Koutbo6.com”, this graduation project was Established in 1999 at the University of Kuwait Engineering the Middle East to put household favorite card games on the groundbreaking for its time. The first-ever gamification in web, with the original "Kout" app launching in 2010, officially becoming Duwaween Games Corporation in 2019.
At its peak, the game has reached more than 421,989 users, with card games such as "Kout","Hand","Balot" & "Trix" winning prestigious awards in the gaming sector along the way. Expanding into mobile gaming apps, Duwaween Games are easily accessible on multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Huawei whilst remaining on the web.
